MJZ Direct prides itself in providing quality services and having those quality services be provided by quality individuals in the company. To ensure that the company is always functioning at full speed and putting out the best quality work, we have not limited the company to decisions made only by the management group, we have put together a team of individuals for the sole benefit of the growth of the company. 


MJZ DIRECT has a team of Executive Business Partners whose sole purpose is to ensure that every need and requirement of all individuals in the company are met. 


These Business Partners are also there to ensure that any gap that is found in the systems is filled quickly. Our Executive Business Partners are there to make sure that the most important aspects of our business are covered throughout the company to make sure that each individual is working at a 100% and is also growing and getting to the next level of the business.

Sales

The Executives duty in teaching our teams sales is to make sure they understand what does it mean to be a sales agent. What are sales and the marketing systems that we use. They also impact the teams on the importance of having quality sales and what it means in terms of getting to the next level in their career path with us, the next level being Recruitment

Recruitment
Recruitment is an important aspect of our business because it helps our company to grow as a result our client grows. In terms of recruitment our Executive Business Partners ensure that our company members have what it takes and know what it takes to have people join the business and also join their teams.

Development
With the Development aspect of our business it is the responsibility of the Executive Business Partners to ensure that the upcoming leaders in the office know how to develop individuals that have joined their teams and be effective team leaders.

Promotions
The Executive Business Partners make sure that the first three aspects are aligned to make sure that the individuals in our office are always moving up to their next promotions and getting to the next level of the business and their growth.
